About The Detailing Duo

The Detailing Duo is Jacob and Connor. We are two mates from Golborne who got sick of the state of the local car washes and started doing our own cars properly at the weekend. It grew from there. What began as a hobby on the driveway turned into a full time job detailing cars for people all over Golborne, Leigh and the towns around them.

We are fully mobile, which means we come to you. We turn up with our own water and power and set up on your drive or at your work, so you never have to drop the car off or wait around at a unit. Everything is done by hand, from a safe two bucket wash on the outside to steam cleaning the seats and carpets inside. It takes longer than a machine wash, and that is the point: it is the reason the finish lasts and the paint stays right.

We take our time and we do not leave until we are happy with it. If a job needs another hour, it gets another hour. That is why so much of our work comes from the same streets again and again, and from people telling their neighbours. We would rather do one car properly than three in a rush.
