When you fill in our booking form or get in touch, we ask for your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, your address and any details about your car. We only ask for what we need to give you a quote and carry out the work.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange the work. Your booking is sent to us by email and kept in our own customer records so we can look after you and any repeat visits. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Analytics

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. This uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data. It does not tell us who you are.

Keeping it safe

We keep your details only as long as we need them to do the work and keep our records straight. If you would like us to delete your details, just ask and we will.
