A full valet is the one most people book when the car has been let go a bit, or before something like a sale, a holiday or a fresh start. It brings the interior and the exterior back together in a single visit, so you get in afterwards and it genuinely feels like a different car.

Outside, we run the full exterior job: citrus pre-wash and snow foam, a safe two bucket contact wash, wheels and arches cleaned out, glass done, and the paint sealed for up to 12 weeks with the tyres dressed. Inside, the seats, carpets and boot are shampooed and steam cleaned, stains and pet hair dealt with, plastics cleaned and protected, and the glass cleared so it stops misting.

Because it is all done at once, a full valet is the best value way to reset a car and the easiest to keep on top of afterwards. Book it as a one off to get on top of things, or on a regular basis to keep the car in the shape it should be. Either job, we come to you and take our time over it.

Full assessment

We look over the whole car, inside and out, and confirm the price before we start so there are no surprises.

Exterior first

Pre-wash and foam, a safe contact wash, wheels and arches cleaned, then the paint sealed and tyres dressed.

Interior deep clean

Seats, carpets and boot shampooed and steam cleaned, stains and pet hair dealt with, plastics and glass done.

Final check

A last wipe down, a light fragrance inside, and a walk round with you before we call the job finished.

What is included in a full valet?

How long does a full valet take?

Usually two to three hours depending on the size of the car and how much work the inside needs. A neglected car or a big SUV takes longer. We book the right amount of time rather than rushing to a set slot.

Is a full valet worth it before selling?

Definitely. A clean, fresh smelling car photographs better, shows better in person and helps buyers trust that it has been looked after. It is one of the cheapest things you can do to help a car sell for what it is worth.

Can you do a full valet in winter?

Yes. We work year round. In colder or wetter weather we plan the outside work around the conditions and take a little longer letting the interior dry, but a full valet is just as doable in January as in July.

Do I need to be home the whole time?

No. As long as we can get to the car and you are around at the start and the end, you can carry on with your day. We will let you know when we are close to finishing so you can have a look before we go.
