Can you get the mud and dog hair out after walks round Amberswood?

Yes, that is bread and butter for us here. Dried mud gets brushed and steamed out of the carpets and mats, and dog hair is worked out of the fabric properly, which takes longer than people expect. We finish with a light fragrance so it does not smell of wet dog anymore.

How long before I can use the seats again?

Not long. We leave the seats damp rather than soaking, so with a window cracked they are usually good to go again in a few hours. Give it a bit longer in the cold and wet, and we would not drench them just before a long drive.

Will you get old stains out of the seats?

Most stains come out with shampooing and steam, and we spend real time on them. Very old set in marks or dye transfer do not always lift fully. We will look at them first and tell you honestly what to expect rather than promising the earth.

Can you remove pet hair?

Yes. Pet hair removal is part of an interior detail. Ground in hair in fabric seats takes longer than most people think, but we work it out properly rather than just running a hoover over the top.

How long do the seats take to dry?

After a shampoo and steam clean the seats are usually damp rather than wet and dry within a few hours with the windows cracked. In colder weather it can take a little longer, so we would not soak them right before a long drive.
