The full valet is the big one, inside and out in a single visit, and it is what people go for when the car has been let slide or it is about to be sold on. You hand us a tired motor and get back one that looks and smells like a different car, without it ever leaving your address in Wigan.

We do the outside first, the pre-wash and foam, a safe hand wash, wheels and arches, glass and a sealant on the paint with the tyres dressed. Then the inside gets the deep clean, a shampoo and steam through the seats, carpets and boot, the stains and pet hair sorted, plastics cleaned up and the glass cleared. Two to three hours for most cars, more if it is a big one or it has been a while.

Is a full valet better value than booking the inside and outside on their own?
It usually is. Doing the lot in one visit beats two separate trips, because we only set up the once and the outside and inside work flows together. It is what most people go for when the whole car needs bringing back rather than a quick freshen up.
How rough can the car be before a full valet is worth it?
As rough as you like, that is exactly what it is for. A car nobody has touched in months, full of kids stuff, dog hair and baked on road dirt, is the sort we take from sorry to sharp in a single go. The worse it starts, the more of a change you get at the end.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
No. As long as we can get to the car and you are around at the start and the end, you can carry on with your day. We will let you know when we are close to finishing so you can have a look before we go.
What is included in a full valet?

How long does a full valet take?
Usually two to three hours depending on the size of the car and how much work the inside needs. A neglected car or a big SUV takes longer. We book the right amount of time rather than rushing to a set slot.
